Unfortunately the velcro attached to the collar was the same on both sides, obviously a manufacturing mistake, therefore will not stick together, I have messaged the company but received no reply. 🤷🏻♀️ I will have to reattach the correct Velcro on each side myself. Not happy. Shame it’s a pretty collar.
